Life Coaching

Life coaching is for those of you who have reached a cross roads and realize that you need to make some changes.  While you are not particularly spiritually inclined, you are open to the fact that there may be more to life than what you can see.  You do know that you are unhappy and need to do something but may not be sure about what that something is.  You may also have a definite plan for your life but somehow keep sabotaging yourself and don’t know how to stop.  Life coaching provides a sounding board and accountability partner to help you develop the power of choice so that you can choose to think and act in empowering ways and so achieve the goals you want.
